Cancellation Policy

You can change your booking to another day (subject to availability) provided you give us no less than 7 days' notice. It can only be changed ONCE. No refunds are given. Please note SAVER tickets are not transferrable or refundable under any circumstances. The sessions will run regardless of the weather (unless in extreme conditions where we close for your safety and we will notify you via our social media pages and website and offer you an alternative session). In the unlikely event of us having to cancel a session for any other reason, we will contact you.
