45 minutes of adrenalin filled action over our obstacle course. With over 30 obstacles you'll learn technique on how to tackle the different types of obstacles, you'll improve your fitness as well as your confidence and you'll enjoy some good old fashioned competition amongst your peers with timed laps and beat the clock. Sessions will also include some bootcamp style exercise and strength and conditioning training to enhance your skills over the obstacles and to improve body shape and overall fitness.
Each week will be something different so it doesn't matter when you join us! AGE: Secondary school upwards
Tuesdays 4pm - 4.45pm - note: sessions only run during term time
(please note staff will be on site from 3.45pm so kids can arrive at any time after this. Changing facilities and toilets are available.

£5 per session or 10 sessions for £45
