Hosted by Claire Johnson from OCR Team 'Fit n Filfthy' join us every first Sunday of the month to learn, practice and master your obstacle technique to improve your ability, efficiency & confidence. You will be shown around a selection of obstacles learning, practising and progressing different ways and techniques in a safe and controlled environment.

 

Ideal for anyone wanting to learn, avoid injury for upcoming or future events, or anyone wanting to try something new and to challenge themselves. Different obstacles will be covered each session. ALL ABILITIES WELCOME!

Are you looking for something different in your training that will challenge you and get you results? Every first Sunday of the month join Claire Johnson from OCR Team 'Fit'n'Filfthy' and join these energetic classes to improve your endurance, stamina and fitness. Be prepared to train hard, push yourselves and be up for a challenge. This class will focus on improving your cardio fitness, involving a variety of elements such as endurance training, interval training, strength training, race training, timed circuits and teamwork. ALL ABILITIES WELCOME!.
