Service Description

Our kids parties are 2 hours in duration and include 90 mins on the obstacle course with an additional 30 mins for you to have food/cake etc. Please note OTG do not arrange/provide food. We provide complimentary invitations and certificates. There is changing and a toilet during peak months. You as party host must sign an Event waiver prior to the party. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the date, at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than 7 days' prior to the start of the party.

Cancellation Policy

You can change your booking to another day (subject to availability) provided you give us no less than 7 days' notice. It can only be changed ONCE. No refunds are given. Please note SAVER tickets are not transferrable or refundable under any circumstances. The sessions will run regardless of the weather (unless in extreme conditions where we close for your safety and we will notify you via our social media pages and website and offer you an alternative session). In the unlikely event of us having to cancel a session for any other reason, we will contact you.
